ER5000A/B is a moderate temperature curing epoxy resin packaging material. This product has good transparency, simple operation process and excellent ultraviolet resistance. It is mainly used for insulating and packaging luminous components such as digital tubes, planar tubes, dot matrix modules, etc.

Product operation flow
1) preheat agent a in an oven at 60∽70℃ for more than 4 hours (preheating agent a cannot exceed 24 hours);
2) agent a and agent b are mixed and stirred evenly according to the weight ratio of 1:1;
3) preheating AB mixed solution at 60 DEG C for 5∽10 minutes;
4) defoaming AB mixed solution;
5) After the AB mixed solution is poured into the reflective cover, vacuum defoaming is carried out for 15∽20 minutes (please adjust the time according to the structure of the kit, and it is recommended to keep the temperature of the vacuum box at 50 ∽ 55℃);
