Acid tank cleaning agent is a single liquid type, which can effectively remove precipitated solids from dry film tank and dissolve oily substances in dry film tank. Regular tank cleaning can effectively ensure production quality and prolong equipment life.

Used for cleaning the developing tank in circuit board factory.

Use method
1) Drain the old developer first, then clean with clean water for 10 minutes.
2) Add clear water to half of the tank liquid, add ET5000(30%), and add clear water to the standard liquid level.
3) Set the temperature to 40℃, spray wash for 1-3 hours and then discharge the liquid.
4) Inject clean water, spray and wash for 10 minutes, and then discharge with 5% sodium hydroxide solution at 42℃ for 60-90 minutes.
5) Inject clean water and spray it for 10 minutes before discharging. The cleaning process can be completed twice in succession.
6) Operating conditions: temperature: 40-50℃, concentration: 30%
Time: 1-3 hours (depending on the amount of sediment)
