Product features
Imported electronic grade modified rosin with high purity is used as the main film-forming material, and other active ingredients are added for careful blending. The tin coating has good tin effect, no residue after welding, no subsequent corrosion, and is safe and reliable.  The product can ensure normal operation at a high temperature of over 380 degrees to about 500 degrees, has good tin application effect and strong climbing capability, and can prevent phenomena such as pin tip pulling and bumping after welding.

Application range

Use method
(1) Dipping flux onto pins.
(2) During the use of flux, the specific gravity shall be strictly controlled according to the tin application effect, and the matching diluent shall be used for dilution according to the principle of multiple times and less addition.
(3) Tin furnace temperature: 265-370℃.
(4) Tin leaching time: 3-5 seconds.
Note: The flux that has not been used up shall be sealed and stored. Before use, the test specific gravity shall be adjusted to the process range before use. Otherwise, it is strictly prohibited to use it.
