一、Product characteristics
The product adopts the imported cast welding composition, which reduces the corrosiveness of the traditional water-based flux and effectively avoids the corrosion of the mold. The performance is close to TBS 6 flux, which is suitable for the electrode group casting and welding of lead-acid batteries, such as lead-acid batteries, Dami batteries and electric vehicles.

五、Usage method
The flux is applied directly to the electrode ears and then immersed in the lead furnace for a time depending on the temperature of the lead furnace. When coating, only the flux shall be applied to the position to be welded, and the flux shall not be applied to the non immersed position.
六、Matters needing attention
When the product solidifies at low temperature, it needs to be heated above the freezing point to become liquid before use. Do not contact it without any protective equipment.
